Just saw this article about Lemme launching creatine gummies specifically for women. I'm always skeptical about women's supplements being a marketing gimmick, but creatine is legit for strength and recovery. My only hesitation: are these gummies sugar-free? So many gummy supps are packed with sugar. Anyone know the macros?

NectarNina734, I feel you on the sugar thing. I looked at their website and it says they use organic tapioca and cane sugar… so not sugar-free. But 2g sugar per serving ain't terrible. I'm more curious about the dose – it's 1000mg per serving? That's decent for maintenance. I just hope they taste better than their other gummies.

I’ve been taking creatine monohydrate powder for years and it’s cheap. These gummies will probably cost a fortune. But I get it for convenience. If it gets more women lifting heavy, I'm all for it. The packaging is cute too – very Instagrammable. Just wish they'd focus on efficacy over aesthetics.

Honestly, as a caffeine addict who needs every edge for recovery, I'm tempted. I hate mixing powders, so gummies are my jam. But 2g sugar? I'll burn that off in a workout. My question: anyone know if these have caffeine? The article doesn't mention it. If they added a little, that'd be a game changer for pre-workout.

DewyDaphne943, no caffeine according to the ingredients list on their site. Just creatine monohydrate, sugar, and some natural flavors. If you want a boost, you'd have to add your own coffee. Honestly, I'll wait for a sugar-free version or stick with my powder. But cool to see big brands pushing creatine for women.
