Interesting article! I've been thinking about adding some elderberries to my yard. They're beautiful and the flowers are amazing for tea. Anyone here tried growing them?

Elderberries are a superfood! I use them in my smoothies all the time. Landscaping with them sounds smart - saves money on supplements too. Just make sure you cook them raw ones can be toxic.

I'd be cautious. Aren't elderberries hard to grow? Plus, what about pests? I don't want to attract unwanted bugs near my house. Anyone have experience with that?

I love the idea! Low maintence plants that give you tasty berries? Sign me up. My elderberry bush has been going strong for 2 years with minimal care. Just needs sun and water.

Good point about cooking, Noah. And HealthHacker, I've read they're pretty tough plants. I might try them in a container first. Thanks for the tips everyone!
