Elderberry boom in Switzerland? Anybody tried this brand?
Saw this article about IntroDrink expanding their superfoods line in Switzerland. Looks like elderberry is getting big over there. Anyone know if their gummies are legit? I'm always looking for immune support after long runs.
Ooh, I've seen their stuff at a few organic shops! Not tried the gummies yet but their elderberry syrup is bomb. Mixes well with coffee tbh. Swiss wellness standards are pretty high so prob good quality.
I'm curious about the flavor. Elderberry can be tricky - too tart and it's gross, too sweet and it's fake. Anybody got a review? Also wonder if they use real elderberry or just extract.
Good point. The article says natural ingredients, but I want to know if it's actually effective. I might order a bottle and report back. Flora, does the syrup have added sugar?
The syrup I had was sweetened with honey I think? Not too sugary. But gummies might be different. If you get it, let us know! I'd be down to try if they're clean.
