Just saw this article about IntroDrink expanding their superfood line in Switzerland. Looks like they're adding elderberry and other botanicals. Anyone tried their stuff? I'm always down for a new caffeine-free energy boost.

Meh, another wellness brand jumping on the elderberry hype train. These 'natural' claims are usually just marketing fluff. Show me double-blind trials, not press releases.

I'm skeptical too. Elderberry gummies are everywhere now, but I've read that most don't have enough active compounds to actually boost immunity. Plus, the Swiss market is saturated with 'superfoods'.

As a mom, I've tried so many elderberry supplements for my kids. Some worked, some didn't. I'd want to see independent lab results before buying from a new company like IntroDrink. Anybody have experience with their other products?
