Just saw this article about a Swiss company expanding their superfood line. Sounds intriguing! I'm always on the lookout for natural ways to boost my immunity, especially with all the yoga retreats I teach. Anyone tried elderberry drinks? I've used gummies but not drinks.

I'm a bit skeptical about these 'superfood' claims. I mean, every company jumps on the bandwagon. But elderberry has some research behind it for colds. I'd be interested to see if they actually have proper doses. Probably overpriced, though. Our family sticks to gummies – easier to control dosage.

I've been researching elderberry for a while. It's true that the science is promising for immune support, but the extraction method matters a lot. Some drinks might not have enough anthocyanins to be effective. I'd like to see their lab reports. Also, check if it's combined with other botanicals like echinacea.

Good points! Do you think that combining elderberry with other herbs could be a good way to boost the effect? I know some traditions mix it with honey and ginger. Maybe that's what they're doing. I might try to find their product in Switzerland next time I'm visiting.
