So I was at Costco today and saw a huge tub of elderberry gummies for $9.99. I usually pay twice that at my local pharmacy. Is it a steal or are they cutting corners on quality? Anyone tried these?

Costco's got good deals, but you gotta check the ingredients. Sometimes they're made with cheaper sweeteners or less extract. But if the label says standardized to 4:1 or something, you're good. What brand is it?

As a mom, I'd be wary. My kids take these for immunity, and I don't want some cheap knockoff. But Costco usually has good returns if it's trash. You could try it and see if you notice a difference. Also check for fillers and sugar content.

Good point. It's Nature's Bounty. Ingredients look legit: 50mg of elderberry per gummy, no artificial colors, and only 2g sugar. I guess it's a real deal. I'll pick one up and let you know.

Nature's Bounty is a solid brand, so you're probably fine. Just don't expect them to taste like candy. And if you're into biohacking, you might want to stack it with zinc and vitamin C for extra immune support. Enjoy the deal!
