So I started taking elderberry gummies a month ago because everyone's been sick and I wanted to boost my immune system. But after about two weeks, I noticed my skin looked clearer and more radiant. Has anyone else experienced this? I'm not complaining, just curious if it's a known side effect.

That's interesting! I've been taking elderberry for years and never noticed that. But maybe it's the antioxidants? I take the organic, sugar-free kind. What brand are you using?

YES! Same thing happened to me. I started for cold prevention but my dry patches disappeared. I think it's the anthocyanins. They're anti-inflammatory so helps with skin too. I use a brand with added vitamin C.

Elderberry is a powerful adaptogen! It balances your immune response, which can show up in your skin. Also, if you're less stressed, your skin benefits. I've seen it help with acne in some clients.

Thanks for the insights! I'm using a gummy with zinc and vitamin D too. Glad it's not just in my head. I'll keep taking them and see if my sleep improves as well.
