Just saw this study on elderberry extract and immune response. Seems promising, but I'm always skeptical of supplement studies. What do you all think? Is this legit or just another marketing ploy? PMID: 32945678

Hey! I've been following elderberry research for a while. This one looks solid, but always check the funding. A lot of these studies are sponsored by supplement companies. Still, the active compounds like anthocyanins and flavonoids have real anti-inflammatory properties. I'd say it's legit but not a miracle cure. Consistency is key!

I'm not a scientist, but I cook with elderberries all the time. They're packed with antioxidants! But let's be real, eating a handful is way better than a gummy. Plus, the sugar in gummies might counteract the benefits. Just my two cents.

I keep it simple: I only trust supplements that have third-party testing and no hidden junk. The study might be legit, but how many products actually match the dosage? Most gummies are underdosed, so you're paying for sugar. Check the label, yo.
