Has anyone else had super vivid dreams from elderberry gummies?
Hey all! I've been taking elderberry gummies for about a week to boost my immune system during flu season. Noticed something weird though: my dreams have been INSANELY vivid and weird. Like, I remember every detail and they feel so real. Is this normal? Anyone else experience this? 😅

Lol, toothpaste? That's a new one. Maybe stick to the gummies and see if it goes away. If it bothers you, maybe switch to a different brand or lower dose.
