Just saw this article about IntroDrink launching natural superfoods in Switzerland. Elderberry is mentioned as a key ingredient. As a biohacker, I'm curious if this is just marketing hype or if there's real science behind their formulations. Anyone tried their products?

Elderberry is legit for immune support. I take it during flu season. But these 'wellness' brands often overcharge. I'd rather just buy bulk dried elderberries and make my own syrup. Plus, the gym bros swear by zinc + vitamin C, not fancy extracts.

As a sleep-deprived parent, I just grab whatever gummy is on sale. Elderberry gummies help with the kids' colds. But introDrink sounds expensive. Would love to know if it's actually better than the cheaper stuff at Costco.

I teach yoga and always recommend elderberry as a gentle immune booster. But I prefer whole foods over supplements. Maybe IntroDrink's new line is a step towards more natural options in Switzerland. Their cosmetics might be interesting too—beauty from within, right?
