So my 4-year-old got into the elderberry gummies and ate almost the whole bottle. I'm panicking a bit – they're vitamins, but still... Anyone else have this happen? He's fine so far, just worried about overdose. 😅

Oh man, that's a classic. My husband did the same with my zinc gummies last year. Called poison control and they said it's usually fine unless it's iron or certain minerals. Elderberry should be okay, just watch for tummy upset. Hope your little guy is doing well!

My daughter refuses to eat them! Says they're 'too squishy' and 'gross'. I've tried hiding them in yogurt, but she picks them out. Anyone have tips? She's 6 and needs the immune boost for school.

I've seen some parents blend the gummies into smoothies. They dissolve pretty well. Also, there are non-gummy options like tinctures or chewable tablets that might have a different texture. Personally, I prefer powders because I can control dosage.
