Hey everyone, so I started taking these elderberry gummies a couple weeks ago hoping they'd help me wind down for better sleep after my weekend hikes. Honestly, not sure if they're doing much for sleep yet, but weirdly my skin has been looking way clearer? Like I usually get some redness after being out in the sun all Saturday, but lately it's been calming down super fast. Anyone else notice unexpected perks?

OP that's wild! I take elderberry for immune support during heavy gym weeks, but now that you mention it, my stress levels at work have been way more manageable. Thought it was just my new pre-workout, but maybe the antioxidants are helping? What brand are you using? I'm on the organic chewables from Nature's Way.

Haha, I actually mix elderberry powder into my protein balls for a flavor boost (adds a nice tartness!). Didn't expect benefits, but my seasonal sniffles have been minimal this year. OasisOliver, maybe the anti-inflammatory stuff in elderberry is helping your skin? Try pairing with zinc if you want sleep aid—works for my post-meal prep crashes.

Okay but are we talking about the gummy texture here? Because if it's those chewy ones with a hint of berry, I'm all in. I take them for 'general wellness' (aka my excuse for tasty supplements), and my digestion has been oddly smooth lately. Could be coincidence, but I'll take it! OP, maybe your body's just thanking you for the extra flavonoids.
