THREAD: Weird side effect from my elderberry gummies - anyone else?Started by OP

Hey everyone, been taking elderberry gummy vitamins for about 2 weeks now for immune support. They seem to be working fine, but I've noticed something odd - my dreams have gotten SUPER vivid and intense! Like, full-on movie-level dreams every night. It's not scary or anything, just... noticeable. Has anyone else experienced this with elderberry supplements? Is this normal?

OP, first thing - are those gummies keto-friendly? Most have way too much sugar which can mess with your sleep cycles. I switched to a sugar-free elderberry tincture when I started keto and my sleep improved dramatically. The vivid dreams might be from blood sugar spikes overnight. Just my two cents - ditch the gummies and go pure!

Omg YES! I actually posted about this on my wellness page last month! Elderberry is known to support the immune system by interacting with cytokines, and some people report more vivid dreams as a side effect. It's usually harmless - your body might just be processing things differently. I'd recommend tracking it in a wellness journal! #ListenToYourBody #ElderberryMagic

lol weird. I take elderberry gummies during cold season but never noticed dreams. Then again I'm usually so wiped from weekend rugby that I crash hard. Maybe try taking them in the morning instead? Might help if it's messing with your sleep. Btw what brand are you using? Mine taste like candy but work great.
