Anyone tried Gruns gummies? Worth the hype?

Just came across this article about Gruns gummies and how they're 30% off. As someone who struggles to get my daily fiber, I'm curious if these actually work or if it's just another overpriced supplement. Thoughts?

I've looked into the ingredients, and they seem decent – they use real fruits and veggies. But as a med student, I always caution that supplements shouldn't replace a balanced diet. They could be a good bridge if you're really busy, but I'd rather see you eat a handful of spinach or a piece of fruit. Also, check the sugar content – some gummies pack a lot of sugar!

ha, I feel you on the struggle. I'm a sleep-deprived parent, so I need all the help I can get. I've tried similar gummies and they do help with the fiber, but honestly, they can mess with your stomach if you're not used to it. Start with half a dose! And yeah, read the label – some have added sugar that's not great for the kids (if you share).

As a crossfit junkie, I'm all about performance nutrition. I don't rely on gummies, but I do use fiber supplements. Gruns has a good profile with prebiotics and adaptogens, which might be a nice bonus. If you're already eating clean, it's not a game-changer, but for convenience, why not? Just don't expect magic – you still gotta lift and eat right. #noshortcuts
