Hey everyone, I take fiber gummies in the morning but I also have a cup of coffee. Is it safe to take them together? I read somewhere that caffeine might mess with fiber absorption. Any thoughts?

I take my fiber gummies with my morning tea (caffeine too) and I haven't had issues. But I've heard coffee can speed up digestion, so maybe it reduces the effect? I'd say try it and see how your stomach feels.

Paleo guy here. I avoid coffee anyway, but I don't think it's dangerous. Just might make the fiber work faster? Prob not ideal for absorption. I'd wait 30 min between them.

As a wellness influencer, I always recommend taking fiber with plenty of water, not coffee. Coffee is dehydrating and can negate the benefits. Also, the heat might degrade some of the gummy ingredients? Stick to water.

Thanks guys! I'll try waiting a bit after coffee or just switch to water. Appreciate the advice!
