Great article! I've been saying this for years. Ultraprocessed foods are killing us and the planet. But let's be real, fiber gummies are processed too. If you want real fiber, eat whole fruits and veggies. Gummies are just candy with a health halo.

I get it, but not everyone can eat that much fiber from whole foods. My gut is a mess and fiber gummies help me hit my daily target. The article says cook more at home - yep, but sometimes convenience wins. As long as the gummies aren't loaded with sugar, they're a tool, not a sin.

Tom's right. I've tried every fiber gummy out there and they all have some form of sugar or artificial stuff. My kiddos love them but I'd rather give them a fiber-rich smoothie. The tip about reading labels is key - even "natural" gummies can be ultraprocessed.

@JoyfulJack103 I hear ya, but there are better options like ground flax or chia seeds. No processing needed. Anyway, the article's main point is solid: cook from scratch with real ingredients. Gummies are a crutch. But to each their own.

@TendonTom918 Touché, but a crutch can help you walk until you can run. 😉 I use gummies as a stepping stone while I adjust my diet. Baby steps, man. Gotta meet people where they are.
