Just saw this article: 'Dietitians Reveal Their No. 1 Tip to Eat Less Ultraprocessed Food'. Seems like the key is adding more fiber to your diet. Funny, I've been using fiber gummies for a while now to sneak in extra fiber. Anyone else think they help reduce cravings for junk? Here's the link: [article URL]

Haha, Greg, you beat me to it! I was about to share this. I’m a big believer in fiber gummies. They’ve helped me cut back on snack bars and other processed stuff. Plus, they’re easy to take on the go. But are they really a replacement for whole foods? Curious what others think.

I’ve been trying to eat more whole foods since I started meditating, but fiber gummies are my backup. They’re better than reaching for a bag of chips, right? The article says fiber makes you feel full… so I guess gummies count? Could they be considered a healthy alternative?

From a biohacker perspective, fiber gummies are a tool, not a cure. They can help, but don't rely on them alone. I use a combo of psyllium husk and gummies to hit my fiber target. The key is to use them strategically to crowd out ultraprocessed foods, not just add them on top of a bad diet.

Good points, Pete. I think the article's tip is more about adding fiber-rich foods overall. Gummies are just one option. Personally, they help me avoid reaching for the office donuts. So yes, they can be part of a strategy. But nothing beats real veggies!
