Fiber Gummies on Sale at Costco - Too Good to Be True?
So I was at Costco today and saw a huge jar of fiber gummies on sale for like half the price of what I usually pay at the pharmacy. I was tempted, but now I'm wondering if the sale means they're lower quality or something. Anyone tried the Costco brand? Is it a steal or a dud?
I wouldn't worry too much about quality. Just check the label for sugar content and fiber type. Some cheap brands load up on sugar or use low-quality fiber. As long as it's got like 5g of fiber per serving and not a ton of added sugar, you're good. Costco usually has decent stuff.
I've been getting the Kirkland fiber gummies from Costco for a while now. They're legit! I use them for extra fiber on long runs. Just make sure they've got enough fiber per gummy, and you're set. I've never had issues with quality.
Honestly, all fiber gummies are basically the same. Just check the ingredient list for any weird additives. But yeah, Costco often has sales to clear inventory, not because it's bad. I'd say go for it, but don't eat too many at once lol.
