Just read this article about cutting down on ultraprocessed foods. It makes me think about our fiber gummies - are they actually helping or just another processed thing? I'm curious what you all think.

The article's tip is to focus on whole foods, not supplements. Gummies are convenient but they're still processed. I'd rather get fiber from beans and oats. But hey, if they help someone, I guess it's okay?

I get where you're coming from, but I think fiber gummies have their place. I use them when I'm on long hikes and can't pack fresh veggies. It's about balance, right?

Honestly, I think it's greenwashing. Most gummies are full of sugar and additives. The best way is to eat whole plant foods. But I know it's not always easy, so no judgment.
