Just saw this article about cutting down on ultraprocessed foods. It's a good reminder that even healthy-looking stuff can be processed. As someone who does CrossFit, I try to eat clean but I still rely on my fiber gummies for convenience. Do you guys think gummy supplements count as ultraprocessed? They have added sugars and stuff. Curious what you all think.

Great point! I'm a bit of a foodie and a home cook, so I'm all about whole foods. I've switched to psyllium husk powder mixed into smoothies or oatmeal for fiber. It's way less processed than gummies. But I get it, gummies are easy. Maybe the trick is to use them as a backup, not a daily staple. I'd love to hear others' takes.

I've been reading a lot about the negative effects of ultraprocessed foods, especially on gut health and inflammation. While fiber gummies might have some benefits, the added sugars and artificial ingredients are concerning. I'm trying to get fiber from whole foods like beans, chia seeds, and veggies. But I still keep a bottle of gummies for travel or busy days. It's all about balance, I guess.

True, balance is key. I might try the psyllium hack, Vince. But for now, I'll stick to my gummies and just be mindful of the rest of my diet. Thanks for the input!
