Fiber gummies with inulin? Legit or just hype? New study says it's better than psyllium?

Just read this study (PMCID: PMC9876543) claiming that inulin fiber in gummies is more effective for regularity than psyllium. Sounds too good to be true—like the probiotic gummy fiasco. Anyone else seen this? Think it's biased by the supplement industry?

Hmm interesting. I've been trying to get more fiber naturally but sometimes I'm just too busy with photography gigs. Gummies are convenient but I'm skeptical of studies funded by big brands. Did the paper mention conflicts of interest? 🤔

Yo! I actually use fiber gummies with inulin and they work great for me. But yeah, studies can be biased. I always check who funded it. My fans ask about this all the time—would love to know if the study was peer-reviewed. Maybe we can find a meta-analysis?

As a yoga instructor, I tell my students to prioritize whole foods, but I get that gummies help some people. Inulin can cause bloating in sensitive folks. Have you tried starting with a half dose? Also, check the Study's sample size. Small studies = meh reliability.
