Fiber gummies with my morning coffee? Safe or no?

Hey all, quick question. I take fiber gummies every morning to keep things moving, but lately I've been trying to add a little more energy with a pre-workout powder. Anyone combine fiber gummies with pre-workout? I'm worried it might mess with absorption or cause stomach issues. Thanks!

I'd be careful mixing fiber with caffeine or stimulants. Fiber can slow digestion, so the pre-workout might hit differently or later. Maybe take them at different times? Like fiber with breakfast and pre-workout 30 mins before the gym. That's what I do with my kids' gummies and my own supplements.

I’m paleo so I avoid pre-workouts with weird ingredients, but I do take fiber gummies with my bulletproof coffee. Never had an issue, but I also eat a ton of veggies. Bob, if your pre-workout has artificial sweeteners, that might mess with your gut more than the fiber. Just something to think about.

Ooh, I’ve done that! I take fiber gummies with my green tea and a scoop of collagen. Honestly, I think it's fine as long as you don't have a sensitive stomach. But maybe start with half a pre-workout dose to see how you feel. Also, drink extra water! Fiber + stimulants can be dehydrating. 💧
