Hey all, need some advice on fiber gummies. I've been using the Berry Blast ones for a month now and they're amazing - taste like candy and don't mess with my pre-workout routine. But I tried the Citrus Burst flavor last week and it was awful, kinda bitter and left a weird aftertaste. What's the consensus on the best flavor to buy next? I'm hitting the gym hard and need something that doesn't taste like medicine. Thanks!

Noah, I hear you! The Berry Blast is definitely aligned with natural sweetness - it uses real fruit extracts. Citrus Burst has that artificial tang that disrupts the body's energy flow. Have you tried the Tropical Twist? It's infused with organic mango and pineapple, very gentle on the palate and supports digestive harmony. Avoid anything with 'sour' in the name - too acidic for your gut flora balance.

lol i'm new to this meditation and wellness stuff but i tried the Mixed Berry ones? they were pretty good, not too sweet. the citrus ones made me kinda jittery during my morning sit tho. maybe try the apple cinnamon? sounds cozy for focus sessions. just my two cents!

Thanks guys! Tropical Twist sounds solid - if it's natural like Guru says, might pair well with my post-workout shake. Bob, apple cinnamon could work for evening recovery. Anyone know if these flavors have the same fiber content? Don't wanna sacrifice grams for taste.

Yes, most brands keep fiber consistent across flavors (check labels!). Tropical Twist has 5g per serving, same as Berry Blast. Remember to pair with plenty of water - especially after Crossfit! Your gut will thank you during those heavy lifts.
