Hey all, I'm trying to put together a little health pack for my dad (he's 68 and always complaining about digestion) and also for my buddy who's super into fitness. Fiber gummies seem like a good bet for both? Any brand recommendations that actually taste decent and work? Not trying to break the bank either.

For your dad, I'd go with SugarBearHair Fiber Gummies - they're pretty gentle and taste like berries, no weird aftertaste. My mom loves 'em. For the fitness buddy, maybe Olly's Fiber? They've got a bit of prebiotic too. Just check the sugar content if your friend is strict.

Honestly, if your friend is paleo or low-carb, most gummies are gonna be a no-go with all that sugar. I'd recommend Vitafusion Fiber Well - they use tapioca syrup instead of corn syrup, and only 2g sugar per serving. For your dad, Garden of Life's Dr. Formulated Fiber Gummies have a great blend of fibers and no artificial junk.

Good points! I'll check out the Vitafusion ones for my buddy. My dad isn't too picky, but he does have a sensitive stomach. Are there any that might cause bloating?

Yeah, start slow with any fiber. My dad gets bloated from too much inulin, so maybe avoid those with chicory root extract for him. The SugarBear ones didn't cause issues for my mom, and she's got a sensitive tummy. Also, make sure he drinks lots of water!
