Just saw this article about Gruns gummies claiming to help with daily greens intake. I struggle to get enough fiber and veggies, so I'm curious. Anyone tried these or similar fiber gummies? Here's the article: [link]

I've been using Gruns for about 3 months now. They do help with my digestion and I feel more regular. The taste is okay, not too sweet. But 30% off? That's a good deal. I usually subscribe for that discount. However, they're not a substitute for real veggies, but as a supplement, they're convenient.

I've tried other fiber gummies and they often cause bloating. Gruns seems to have a good blend, but I haven't tried this one. Are they made with natural ingredients? The article mentions 'greens' but I'm skeptical. Might be overhyped. I'd rather get fiber from whole foods.

I'm all about natural sources, but I appreciate the convenience for travel. I've used these on business trips when I can't get my usual salads. They kept me regular without any weird side effects. Not a daily thing, but as a backup, they're fine.

As a nutrition researcher, I'd say fiber gummies can be a helpful bridge, but check the sugar content. Some have as much sugar as candy. Gruns has lower sugar than others I've seen. Also, look for multiple fiber types. But if you can manage, whole plant foods are better for micronutrients.
