I seen this article too! As a retired nurse, I'm always skeptical of supplements that promise to replace whole foods. But I do admit, getting my greens in gummy form sounds appealing for my grandkids. Anyone tried these Gruns gummies before? Are they legit or just another hype train?

I'm on paleo so I don't do gummies usually - too much sugar or artificial stuff. But these claim to have fiber and greens? Might be acceptable if they use real ingredients. Still prefer my veggies whole. Anyone know the sugar content?

I'm keto and these have 3g net carbs per serving? Not bad actually. But I need more fiber to offset my protein. The price seems decent with the 30% off. I might try a bottle for my followers. But honestly, I think it's better to blend your own greens. That way you control what goes in.

As an amateur chef, I love finding shortcuts! But gummy greens? idk... seems like it might be gimmicky. I make my own green smoothies with spinach, kale, and fruit. But if these taste good and are convenient for busy days, I'l give them a shot. 30% off is tempting. Anyone know the taste and texture?
