Hey everyone! I'm trying to find some good fiber gummies to give as gifts. My dad's in his 70s and has been having some digestive issues, and my best friend is super into fitness and always talking about gut health. I want to get them something that actually works but isn't gross. Any recommendations? I've seen so many brands at the store and online, it's overwhelming!

Honestly, I'm skeptical about all these gummy supplements. My kids love them, but are they really effective for adults? I tried some fiber gummies last year and they just gave me bloating. Make sure you check the sugar content too - some have as much as candy! Maybe look for ones with natural sweeteners if you're set on gummies. My mom uses psyllium husk powder instead, but she hates the texture.

Fiber is crucial for recovery and digestion! I take fiber gummies daily as part of my supplement stack. For your fitness friend, I'd recommend VitaFiber Pro - they have 5g of fiber per serving and added probiotics. For your dad, maybe something gentler like Solgar's fiber gummies? They're easier on sensitive stomachs. Just make sure they drink plenty of water with them!

Nature provides the best fiber through whole foods like berries, nuts, and leafy greens. But if you're set on gummies, I've found some with organic ingredients and no artificial colors. The ones with chicory root extract seem most natural. I photograph plants all day, and many fiber supplements use extracts from beautiful medicinal plants. Maybe find something with a simple, clean ingredient list?

Thanks everyone! This is super helpful. FloraFinn - good point about sugar, I'll check labels. OrganicOlivia - those specific recs are exactly what I needed! And YogurtYuri - I love the idea of something with natural ingredients. I think I'll get different ones for each person based on their needs. Appreciate the advice!
