So my 6 year old saw me taking my fiber gummies and now thinks they're candy. Every time I open the bottle, he's begging for 'one more'. I've tried hiding them but he's like a bloodhound. Any tips to keep him out? Or should I just give in and let him have some? 😂

Oh man, that's a classic! My kid did the same thing. What worked for me was making it a 'grown-up' thing. I told her that these are special vitamins for mommy and daddy, and they can make kids sick if they have too much. I also started taking them when she wasn't around. Maybe you could do the same? Also, definitely keep them out of reach – I know it's obvious, but it's so easy to forget!

Haha, I've seen that happen with my nephew. He actually ate a whole bottle once and ended up with a stomach ache. Not fun. You might want to consider a gummy that looks less like candy, or switch to the fiber powder or capsules. But if you stick with gummies, try storing them in a high cabinet or lockbox. Kids are sneaky!

Thanks for the replies! I think the 'grown-up' talk might work. And yeah, I should probably hide them better. Maybe I'll get a lockbox for all supplements. Also, anyone tried the fiber powder? Is it as good?

I've tried the powder – it's good but I have to mix it into something. The gummies are just easier on the go. But for the sake of avoiding a candy temptation, maybe it's worth it for you right now. Also, I've heard the capsules cause less issues with kids.
