Hey everyone! Stumbled upon this study (PMID: 34567890) about fiber gummies and their effect on gut health. Apparently, they found significant improvement in digestive regularity and even a slight boost in beneficial gut bacteria. But it was funded by a supplement company, so I'm a bit skeptical. What do you all think? Legit science or just a fancy ad?

Honestly, I'm always iffy about studies funded by big supplement brands. They usually cherry-pick data. But fiber gummies have helped me a ton with bloating after workouts. I'd say take it with a grain of salt, but the ingredients like inulin are pretty well-researched on their own.

I've been using fiber gummies for a while now because I just don't get enough veggies in my diet. They've been a lifesaver for my digestion. That study sounds promising, but I haven't read it. I go by how I feel, and they work for me. Plus, always check for third-party testing and stuff.

Good points! I agree that fiber itself is backed by science, but the form and dosage matter. I guess I'll look for unbiased studies and maybe try them myself. Do you guys have a favorite brand or one that worked best?

I use Nature's Way fiber gummies, but I also make sure to drink tons of water. And GreenGreg, you should check the study—it's not just about feeling good, it's about the actual benefits. But yeah, trial and error is key.
