Yo! I started taking these fiber gummies a month ago hoping they'd help me sleep better (heard fiber is good for sleep regulation). Honestly, sleep is maybe a little better, but the real shocker? My skin is glowing! Like, no joke, my coworkers keep asking what I'm using. Anyone else experience unexpected benefits? Share your stories!

Not surprised! Fiber helps with gut health, and gut health is linked to skin clarity. Also, fiber can lower inflammation, which might reduce stress. I've been taking psyllium husk for years and noticed similar. Which brand are you using? I recommend looking for ones with prebiotic fibers like inulin.

Man, I wish I could afford fancy gummies. I just eat oatmeal and beans for fiber. But hey, if they work for you, cool. Did you notice any change in your energy levels? I've heard fiber helps with that too.

This is so interesting! I started meditating and taking fiber gummies at the same time, so I can't really tell what's doing what. But my skin has been clearer and I feel less anxious. Maybe it's a combo. Do you think fiber affects mood? I've read about the gut-brain axis.

Thanks for the replies! @HealthHacker889, I'm using Nature's Way brand. And @DynamicDan, energy might be a bit better? Hard to say. @TeaTina133, I've heard about gut-brain axis too! I think the less sugar in these gummies vs. regular candy helps my mood. Anyway, glad I'm not the only one seeing weird side effects lol.
