THREAD: Thoughts on Gruns Gummies for fiber? 30% off dealStarted by OP

Hey everyone, just saw this article and thought it might interest the community: 'Get Your Daily Greens The Easy Way With 30% Off Gruns Gummies' (link: example.com/gruns-gummies). Summary: For many people, meeting daily fiber and vegetable intake recommendations can be a challenge. The routine of preparing green smoothies or eating enough veggies isn't always practical, so these gummies offer a convenient alternative with a discount right now. What do you all think? Has anyone tried these or similar products? Worth it for the fiber boost?

As someone who loves cooking from scratch, I'm a bit skeptical. Sure, gummies are convenient, but nothing beats real veggies for fiber and nutrients. I'd rather spend that money on fresh spinach, kale, or broccoli—you can whip up a quick stir-fry or salad in minutes. Plus, less packaging waste! That said, if they help people who struggle with veggies, maybe it's a good stepping stone. Anyone know what's actually in them ingredient-wise?

lol Ellen, always the chef! But hey, I'm all about taste—if these gummies don't taste like chalk or grass, I might give 'em a shot. I tried some fiber gummies last year and they were way too sweet, almost like candy. If Gruns are better, that 30% off could be a decent deal. OP, does the article mention flavors? Also, how many gummies per serving? I hate when you gotta eat a handful just to get any benefit.

Crossfit here—fiber's key for digestion and energy, but I prefer whole foods too. That said, on busy days when I'm rushing between workouts and work, a gummy could be handy. I'd check the sugar content though; some brands pack in sweeteners that mess with my macros. If it's low-sugar and has decent fiber (like 5g per serving), might be worth a try. Anyone know the nutrition facts?

Jumping in as an amateur chef and health nerd! I read up on fiber gummies—they often use inulin or chicory root fiber, which can cause bloating for some people. If Gruns uses those, be cautious. Also, real greens have phytonutrients you won't get from a processed gummy. But if it helps someone hit their fiber goals, why not? Maybe mix them with actual veggies for balance. OP, does the article talk about sourcing or additives?
