Hey everyone! I'm going on a 10-day road trip through the southwest and I always take my fiber gummies to keep things regular. But I'm worried about the heat - do these gummies melt in the car? Also, I'm flying for part of it, any TSA issues? And how should I store them? Thanks!

Hey! I travel a lot with my kids and their gummy vitamins. For road trips, I keep them in the glove compartment or a cooler bag if it's really hot. They can get sticky but I haven't had them melt completely. For TSA, gummies are fine in carry-on or checked. I just put them in a ziplock to avoid smooshing. Safe travels!

I'm a retired nurse and I've taken gummy fiber supplements on flights. TSA doesn't bat an eye. For storage, keep them in a cool, dark place. If you're hiking, consider a small insulated bag. They'll soften if it's hot but not melt entirely. Also, don't leave them in a hot car - they'll turn into a blob. Been there!

Yoga instructor here! I take fiber gummies on retreats. Tip: keep them in your carry-on, and if you're worried about heat, pack them in a hard container like an old pill bottle to prevent crushing. For hiking, I put them in a snack-sized bag and tuck it inside my pack away from direct sun. They'll be fine!
