Just read this article. I mean, yeah, we all know ultraprocessed stuff is bad, but gimme my fiber gummies! They taste like candy and help me poop. What's wrong with that?

Tom, the problem is most fiber gummies are loaded with sugar and artificial junk. I stick to whole foods for fiber - veggies, nuts, seeds. Paleo way. If you must, look for ones with no added sugar and clean ingredients.

Steve's right. I've been skeptical of those gummy vitamins ever since I saw the ingredient list on my kid's. Might as well eat a fruit snack. The article probably says to just eat real food. But honestly, who has time to prep all that?

I get it, but sometimes convenience wins. I've found some decent brands that use inulin and stevia. Not perfect, but better than nothing. Anyone got recs?

I'd say try psyllium husk capsules. No taste, no junk. Mix with water and it's like $10 a bottle. My go-to.
