Walmart's new wellness push - fiber gummies included?
Just saw this article about Walmart rolling back prices on wellness stuff. Anyone know if fiber gummies are part of the deal? I've been meaning to try some for digestion but the prices at my local store are crazy. Thoughts?
I wouldn't trust Walmart's 'wellness' stuff tbh. Most of their supplements are full of fillers. If you want real fiber, get it from whole foods like chia seeds or flax. But if you must go gummy, check the label for sugar alcohols - they can mess with your gut.
I use fiber gummies for that extra boost before workouts. Walmart having a sale is good news! I'll check if they have the ones I like (the orange flavor ones). Thanks for the heads up!
I'd be cautious with any mass-market wellness product. Walmart's 'better care' sounds like a marketing gimmick. For fiber, consider psyllium husk or organic acacia powder. Gummies often have artificial stuff. But if you're in a pinch, look for ones with no high-fructose corn syrup.
