Weird but harmless side effect from fiber gummies? Anyone else?

Hey all, been taking those fiber gummies for about 2 weeks now to help with digestion since I'm always on the go. Noticed something weird though - my dreams have been SUPER vivid, like movie-level detail. Not scary or anything, just intense. Anyone else experience this? Is it normal? Trying to figure out if I should switch brands or just roll with it.

Interesting observation, GreenGreg! I've been researching this. Some fiber supplements contain prebiotics that can affect gut-brain axis communication. There's limited but emerging studies on how gut health influences sleep patterns and dream recall. What brand are you using? Check if it has inulin or FOS - those might be the culprits. Personally, I experienced brighter urine when I first started, but that's just excess B vitamins being excreted.

OMG yes!! I had the same thing when I started my fiber gummy journey! My dreams were like full-on adventures. I actually started journaling them - so much creativity flowing! It settled down after about a month though. I'd say it's your body adjusting. Maybe try taking them earlier in the day? I switched to morning doses and noticed a difference. #ListenToYourBody

lol I tried like 5 different fiber gummy brands last year when they first got popular. With the Soluxe brand I got metallic taste for a week, with Nature's Way I had the vivid dreams thing too! It went away after 3-4 weeks. My theory? It's just your system recalibrating. If it's not causing distress, I'd say embrace the weird dreams - free entertainment!
