Which flavor is the least bad? I love the mixed berry but HATE the orange!
Okay, so I've been buying the fiber gummies for a while now. I absolutely love the mixed berry flavor – they taste like candy! But I made the mistake of buying a bottle of the orange ones last week and they're AWFUL. Like, bitter with a weird aftertaste. I can't even choke them down. So for next time, what's the consensus? Which flavor should I get? Is there a clear winner flavor-wise?
I'm skeptical of all these gummy vitamins tbh – they're full of sugar and junk. But if you're set on them, I've heard the peach flavor is decent from some moms in my group. My kid hates the orange too, says it tastes like medicine. Mixed berry seems to be the safest bet. Stick with that.
Haha, I actually track flavor preferences in a spreadsheet! (Yeah, I'm that guy.) From my data over 6 months, mixed berry is rated highest, then peach, then citrus. Orange is universally hated. If you want to switch it up, try the peach – it's sweet but not artificial tasting. Or mix them: take a berry and a peach together, cancels out the bad.
I'm with Nancy on this – I don't trust that they even work. But my daughter takes them and she refuses the orange. She says it's 'gross'. The berry ones are the only ones she'll eat. So yeah, skip the orange and go with berry or maybe strawberry if they have it. I'd say just buy the berry again to be safe.
