I've been taking ACV gummies for about a month now. Honestly, I can't say I've seen any major weight loss or anything, but they do seem to curb my appetite a bit. Plus, they taste way better than chugging the liquid. But yea, don't expect miracles lol. I'd say they're not bad if you just want a little boost.
I tried them for a bit but switched back to the liquid because I read some studies that the gummies might not have as much active ingredient. The article is pretty balanced though. For me, the convenience isn't worth the potential lower potency. Also, watch the sugar content in some brands!
