ACV Gummies: Fad or Legit? 🍎
Just saw this article about ACV gummies. Anyone tried them? I'm curious if the benefits are real or just hype.
As a retired nurse, I've seen a lot of supplement fads. Some small studies suggest ACV may help with blood sugar, but gummies don't have much vinegar in them. Plus, watch out for the sugar and acid eroding teeth. Not a miracle cure, if you ask me.
I've been using ACV gummies for a few months as a pre-workout. Can't say I've seen dramatic changes, but they don't upset my stomach like liquid ACV. Might be placebo, but they help me stay consistent with my health routine. Just make sure they have actual acetic acid and not just apple flavor!
Thanks for the input! I was mainly interested in the weight loss claims. Tom, you're right about the teeth thing - I'll rinse my mouth after. Tina, which brand do you use? I want one with real ACV.
