Hey all! Just saw this article about apple cider vinegar gummies. I've been seeing them everywhere. As a runner, I'm always looking for ways to boost recovery and energy, but I'm skeptical. Anyone tried these? The article mentions benefits but also says research is limited. Thoughts?

I've been incorporating ACV gummies into my daily routine for about 3 months now. I'm a digital nomad, so my lifestyle is all over the place. I feel like they help with my digestion, especially after indulging in local cuisines. Not sure about energy for running, but they don't hurt! Just make sure to get a good brand with real ingredients. Have you looked into the GOLI ones?

I'm a weekend warrior - love my hikes and gym sessions. I tried GOLI gummies for a month. Honestly, I didn't notice a huge difference in my performance, but my bloating went down. The taste is decent, not too vinegary. One thing: check the sugar content! Some gummies have added sugar which defeats the purpose. What does the article say about that?

Thanks for the input! The article didn't go deep into sugar content, just mentioned that gummies are convenient but may lack some of the benefits like acetic acid potency. It says research on ACV gummies is 'limited and mixed'. I might try them, but I'll check labels. Do you take them with meals or on an empty stomach?

I take mine right before a meal, it helps with digestion. And drink lots of water with them. Also, if you're sensitive to stomach acid, take with food. Heard that from a nutritionist. Let us know if you try them! 😉
