Honestly, I'd stick with the liquid stuff. Gummies are full of sugar and additives. The real ACV has the acetic acid your body needs. These gummies are just a marketing gimmick. Plus, you can't beat the taste of real apple cider vinegar... if you can stomach it 😂

I've been using ACV gummies during my fasting windows and they don't seem to break my fast. That's a win for me! The liquid ACV is just too harsh on my stomach. I've noticed better digestion and less bloating. So far so good!

As a fitness pro, I recommend checking the label for actual acetic acid content. Many gummies have very little. Also, they often add sugar, which defeats the purpose. If you're gonna use them, find a brand with no added sugar and at least 500mg of acetic acid per serving. Otherwise, stick to the liquid but dilute it.

Influencer alert! 🚨 I've collaborated with a few ACV gummy brands. They're convenient but you gotta be smart. Look for organic, whole food ingredients. Some have added probiotics which is a plus. But yeah, don't expect miracles. They're a supplement, not a cure-all. I use them when traveling since I can't bring liquid ACV on flights.
