Just read this article on ACV gummies - seems like there's some research but also a lot of hype. Anyone tried them? Share your thoughts!

I've been using ACV gummies for a few months now. I feel like they help with my digestion and bloating, especially after meals. Not sure about weight loss claims though. I'd say they're a nice addition to a healthy lifestyle, not a magic bullet.

As someone who follows keto, ACV gummies are a staple for me. They help curb my appetite and keep my blood sugar stable. Just make sure you get one with low sugar - some brands pack in a ton of sugar, which defeats the purpose. I use GOLI and they've been solid.

I'm skeptical. Most studies are on liquid ACV, not gummies. The dose in gummies is often too low to be effective. I've tried them and didn't notice anything. I'd rather stick to a tablespoon of liquid ACV in a glass of water (with a straw to protect teeth) if you want real benefits. But hey, if they help you, more power to you!

Thanks for the input! I might try them just for the convenience, but I'll keep my expectations realistic. GOLI seems popular, but I'll check the label for sugar content. Cheers!
