Hey everyone! I just came across this article about ACV gummies and thought it was worth sharing. It covers the benefits, research, and what to look out for. Seems like apple cider vinegar is still a big trend. What do you all think? Are these gummies actually effective or just another fad? Would love to hear your opinions! [Link]

Great article! I've actually been using ACV gummies for about 6 months now to help with my post-run recovery. I find they help with inflammation and digestion, but I'm not sure if it's placebo or real. The dosage in gummies is way lower than liquid ACV, so maybe that's why it's milder on my stomach. Anyone else tried them?

I've been skeptical about ACV gummies because of the added sugar and other fillers. As an eco-warrior, I try to stick to whole foods. But I've read that the benefits of ACV are mostly anecdotal, and the research is mixed. Plus, the environmental impact of producing those gummies (plastic bottles, shipping) is not great. Might stick to using real ACV in my salads!

Interesting topic! I'm a digital nomad, so I'm always looking for supplements that are easy to travel with. Gummies are convenient, but they can melt in hot climates. I did try ACV gummies once, but they gave me a weird aftertaste. Also, the cost per serving is higher than liquid. Does anyone know if there's a sugar-free option?
