ACV gummies - worth the hype or just another fad?
Just came across this article about apple cider vinegar gummies: https://example.com/acv-gummies Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies: Benefits, Research & What You Need To Know The dietary supplement industry continues to evolve, with Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) remaining a cornerstone ingredient f... Anyone here tried them? GOLI makes some, right? Thoughts?
Interesting read. The science on ACV is mixed. Some small studies show modest effects on blood sugar and weight, but most are low quality. The gummies add sugars and have less acetic acid than liquid. Probably not worth the price. A shot of real ACV diluted in water is more effective.
I've been taking GOLI ACV gummies for a month. Honestly? Not noticing much, but they taste good lol. My friend swears they helped her digestion. I'll stick with them cause they're easy to carry. But I agree with AlphaAdam that real ACV is probably better if you can stomach it.
I'm skeptical. For fitness, ACV ain't gonna replace proper diet and training. Maybe a tiny edge for glucose control, but I'd rather spend my money on protein or creatine. Plus those gummies have added sugar - no thanks.
