Hey everyone! Just read this article about ACV gummies and I'm curious what you all think. As a mom of two toddlers, I barely have time to eat, let alone take supplements, but I've been considering trying these for digestion and energy. Anyone have experience? Link: [article]

Oh honey, I feel you on the sleep-deprived mom thing! I've tried ACV gummies and honestly, they didn't do much for me. But they taste good, so that's something. I prefer just taking a spoonful of ACV in water when I remember. Still, it helps with bloating sometimes. But don't expect miracles if you're not also eating well and staying hydrated.

I'm always skeptical of supplements with added sugar. Gummies are basically candy, right? I'd rather get my ACV from the liquid form, no sugar. Also, the research on benefits is mixed. I'd say save your money and eat a balanced diet. But if you need a gummy to get the habit going, just check the labels for sugar content.

Honestly, I'm a big fan of ACV gummies! I started taking them for blood sugar control, and I've noticed I have fewer cravings and my digestion is better. Yes, they have some sugar, but it's minimal and I figure it's better than not taking it at all. Plus, they're so convenient - I just throw them in my bag. Also, the taste is way better than the liquid stuff, lol. But yeah, do your research and pick a good brand.

Thanks for the input! I appreciate the perspectives. I might try them just because they're convenient, especially since liquid ACV is so harsh on my stomach. Even if it's a placebo, a little help is better than none. Cheers!
