Just read this article about ACV gummies. Seems like there's some hype, but also a lot of 'need more research'. I've been seeing these everywhere. What do you all think? Are they worth the money or just another fad?

I've been taking them for a few months, tbh. I feel like they help with my bloating, but idk if it's placebo. The taste is meh but not bad. I mainly like them cause they're easy on my stomach compared to liquid ACV.

Honestly, I DIY my own gummies at home. Just mix ACV with some gelatin and a bit of honey. Way cheaper and you control the ingredients. The article mentions lack of regulation, which is a big concern with commercial ones. Better to make your own!

From what I've read, the research on ACV for weight loss is inconclusive. Some studies show slight benefits, but they're short-term. The gummies might have less ACV than the liquid, so you might not get the same effects. Always check the label for acetic acid content. Also, watch out for added sugars! I'd say they're not a magic bullet but could be okay if you like them.
