I've been taking GOLI gummies for about a week now and I've noticed I'm having super vivid dreams every night! Like, movie-quality crazy dreams. It's not bad, just weird. Anyone else experience this?

Hey Sara, retired nurse here. Vivid dreams can be a side effect of certain vitamins, especially B6 or B12, which are in those gummies. It's harmless but if it bothers you, maybe try taking them in the morning instead of at night. Glad they're not giving you nightmares!

I've read that B vitamins can affect sleep cycles and dreaming. Some people even use them for lucid dreaming. So you're not alone! My taste buds changed though - everything tastes a bit metallic now. Is that just me?

Haha, my pee is neon yellow! But I think that's just the riboflavin (B2). It's harmless. Also, I've had some weird dreams too, but I'm into it. Makes my sleep more interesting. Anyone know if these gummies help with energy? I'm a digital nomad and could use a boost.

Adam, yes, the B vitamins are for energy. But remember, too much can cause jitters. And Holly, metallic taste could be from zinc or iron. Maybe try taking with food to lessen that. Everyone's body reacts differently. Keep us posted!
