Coffee + Goli Gummies: safe morning boost?
Hey all, I'm thinking about taking my Goli gummy with my morning coffee. I know caffeine can affect absorption of some vitamins. Anyone tried this combo? Safe or waste of a gummy?
I do it every day! Coffee + apple cider vinegar gummy is my morning ritual. No issues here, gives me a nice clean energy boost. I'd say go for it 🧘♂️
I've read that vitamin C (which is in Goli) can degrade with heat, but coffee isn't that hot when we drink it. I'd wait 15 mins after coffee just to be safe. Also, some ppl say ACV on empty stomach can be harsh, but gummies are gentler.
