Hey everyone! So I've been taking GOLI gummies for a few weeks now, but I noticed that my latest bottle has gummies that are kind of hard and some have a white coating on them. Also, a few are stuck together. Are they still safe to eat? I don't want to waste money but also don't want to get sick. Any thoughts?

Oh, that's a common thing with gummies! The white stuff is just sugar bloom - happens when they get exposed to moisture or temp changes. They're still safe, just might not taste as good. The hardness could be from losing moisture. I usually just pop them in the fridge for a bit or eat them anyway. If they haven't passed the expiration date and smell okay, they're fine. I've eaten gummies like that plenty of times!

Yeah, what she said! It's totally normal. But if they're super hard like rocks, maybe you can add a tiny bit of moisture back by putting a slice of bread in the bottle for a few hours. I've done that with other gummies. But honestly, the vitamins are still good. Unless they look moldy or smell weird, you're good.

I agree with the others. It's just cosmetic. The active ingredients are probably still stable. I've had GOLI gummies do that after I left them in my car on a hot day. They got stuck together but I just pried them apart. No issues. Enjoy them!

Thanks everyone! That's reassuring. I'll just eat them as they are. Appreciate the help! 😊
