GOLI Gummies changed color and texture - safe to eat?

Hey everyone! I've been taking GOLI gummies for a few months now, but I just opened a new bottle and noticed they look different. The color is darker and they're kinda hard, almost like they've shrunk? Also see some white stuff on them. Are these still safe to eat? They expired in 2025 so they're not old. Anyone else experience this?

Oh man, I've seen this before with gummies. The white stuff is probably sugar bloom - happens when they get too warm. As for hardness, they might have lost moisture. Generally still safe, but texture won't be the same. I'd say if they don't smell funky, you're probs fine. But maybe contact GOLI support just to be safe. I miss when gummies were simpler, haha.

Bro, same thing happened to my last batch! I ate them anyway and was fine. But if you're worried, just toss em. Not worth risking your gut for a few gummies. I've had gummies get sticky too - like a clump in the bottle. I just break em apart. Pro tip: store them in a cool, dark place to avoid this. Also, check if the seal was broken.

Great question! From a wellness perspective, changes in color and texture can indicate exposure to heat or humidity. The white coating is likely sugar crystallization, not mold. However, if you see any dark spots or off-smell, don't consume. I recommend reaching out to GOLI's customer service - they're usually responsive. In the meantime, keep them in the fridge to halt further changes. Stay well!

Thanks everyone! I'll check for any weird smells and maybe contact support. I'll also start storing them in the fridge. Appreciate the advice!
