Hey everyone! I've been loving the GOLI gummies, but I noticed my last bottle - the gummies have turned a bit darker and feel harder than usual. Also some white specks on them. Are they still okay to eat? I'm worried about mold or something.

Never seen that with mine. I keep them in a cool dark place. Maybe they got too warm during shipping? I'd toss them to be safe. Better safe than sorry with supplements.

My grandkids had the same issue once. I called GOLI customer service and they said it's just sugar bloom - like chocolate does. Still safe but might not taste as good. The texture change is from moisture or temperature changes. They said if no mold smell, it's fine. But when in doubt, I'd contact them.

NatureNancy, trust your body's intuition. If they look off, they may have lost some potency due to heat exposure. I would not consume them myself. Goli uses natural ingredients that can degrade. I recommend storing in a cool place and buying fresh. Your health is too valuable.

Thanks everyone! I think I'll contact GOLI support like MountainMike suggested. They did smell fine, no weird odors. I'll keep them in the fridge next time. Appreciate the quick advice!
